  Ensure the device is factory reset and placed in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Quality Inspection & Refund
